To perform works of rural and tribal Development (in reality).
To promote in each village, a Village Research and Development Committee (VRDC) of the villagers themselves.
To dedicate ourselves to motivate the rural and tribal poor to eliminate the causes of their poverty with the help of the Government and other voluntary organizations.
To do all things necessary for the education, training and employment of the agricultural youth, the pursuit of science, rural economy, rural developmental managerial skill, rural technology, the general diffusion of social, moral and secular, knowledge and training, for an ongoing process of progress, participation and development of an individual in a community.
